scott mca Posted January 18, 2014 Report Posted January 18, 2014 Hi folks looking for some advice please Ive a yearling hen which had laid its second egg and its off its legs my 1st thought was lack of calcium so have given calcium tablets she its eating and drinking ok but cant get on her feet this has been 3 days now but still no change any suggestions?

greenlands Posted January 18, 2014 Report Posted January 18, 2014 Ostoecare from Asda I got some just before I paired the birds up £3:50 a bottle,put it on the feed as it sinks to the bottom of the drinker.Give the hen a couple of drops down the throat.Or you can get some calcium tabs from the chemist,give her half a tab.
