Fair Play Posted November 7, 2013 Report Posted November 7, 2013 Just got some information in this mornings post the current batch of vaccine goes out of date on 25th January and there will be none until later in the year as production is being moved to Spain this applies to Colombovac PMV
shweet Posted November 7, 2013 Author Report Posted November 7, 2013 Im not sure if im gonna sound stupid now but what do you mean the current batch ? Do you mean all the colombac pmv currently on the shelves in all shops ?
Guest IB Posted November 7, 2013 Report Posted November 7, 2013 Im not sure if im gonna sound stupid now but what do you mean the current batch ? Do you mean all the colombac pmv currently on the shelves in all shops ? This was advised earlier in the year. Production is by batch, each is given a unique number and an expiry date. Since Colombovac production moved away from the south of England a number of years ago, they have had production and licence difficulties which has led to first shortages, then none at all for months. Only the last batch expiring 25/1/14 is left, so if you want your OBs done for 2014 you need to buy it now and do them before the expiry date. In my experience, Nobilis has never had this bother and if Colombovac UK supplies run out, there is always Nobilis to fall back on, and I reckon that's what I'll be using for my 2014 YBs..
