Does anyone know where to puchase Azuki Beans and Grapeseed Extract.

You can get 250g packs of adzuki beans in Holland and Barrett for 99p

 

They also sell grapeseed oil or extract in capsule form

 

A dear way to buy it if you want it in bulk, would really depend how much of it you are after for it to be worthwhile

Maybe need to be careful with them??

 

A few types of beans can be poisonous raw, not sure if these could be given to the doos straight from the packet or whether you'd be safer toasting them ?
