sapper756 Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 For those of you who attended last weeks show at Blackpool, and took the time to look around the lofts on show, which if any of the lofts on display, impressed you? and why? Thank you in advance for your replieshttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/animatedpigeons.gif
kirky Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 the lofts on show were all well made i have bought one from ecco lofts 12x6 for ybs and got a good deal, the tranter loft on show would be no good to me as the trapping area is too low to the ground but a good solid loft, just looking forward to getting mine in march,

steff30 Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 The lofts which impressed me the most were from Parkhall, so much so I ordered a new 30ft x8ft loft to be delivered the end of September.

cemetary Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 Tranter lofts for me like, they are top quality in my opinion.
steff30 Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 parkhall were a bit cheaper but thay were not set up for ETS i would have had to alter the traps to fit pads inside loft.I found parkhall lofts to be better constructed but thats just my opinion. I'm sure they could make the loft to what ever spec you wantto accommodate ETS.
steff30 Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 Tranter lofts for me like, they are top quality in my opinion. Nice lofts but to costly

kirky Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 Tranter lofts for me like, they are top quality in my opinion. yes thay are very good lofts but the low trapping area would not sute everyone due to cats,
vone Posted January 25, 2013 Report Posted January 25, 2013 I Bought the Ecco loft on show at blackpoll with the boxes, The heavy duty one 18x6 at 2pm on the Sunday. It was delivered to my garden in Edinburgh at 7.30pm the same day. Very well made , Thanks to the guys who delivered , first class service.John
Leroy Posted January 25, 2013 Report Posted January 25, 2013 I have two from Ecco, both are great lofts. The race loft is heavy duty and perfect for what I need. The stock loft is standard built and I've added my own aviary and wire door to improve air flow and light. Both were made to my exact spec. Delivery times were longer than quoted though. Still, great service and great lofts. However, having see the Tranters lofts I could be tempted for my next one... Lee
