The One Loft Race

looking at the foundation in the scottish one loft race the foundation doesnt look very level, and if they did build a ridgid frame on it it look as if it slopes about 9" each side of centre, it would have not been a problem if they had used tee sights

or a theodolite.

what do you think of final being 335 miles bit much for yb,s i think

I think due to the location of the loft,335 miles will not be a problem.

looks like its going to be a race for time to get the shed up and birds in if this has to be build it would need to be build with a brick or block skin around the new Framing

as the wind would blow it into the sea, its now the middle of January and when is the expected date for entries, and i suppose there has to be council permission seeked before hand, any one out there can fill in the missing details would be great

with this there is, a need to get birds all in the darkness 8-10 weeks for the start of July as they go early on the east coast for races
