Competition has been at its highest this year , you cant beat competition to bring out the best.

Clarkston club invites any one to show their birds.

All winners class this week will have some crackers that will get the credit they deserve by being published in the fancy press and on the web.

Clarkston & Dist Annual shows schedule 2013 , in the club premises , Ashgrove ,Craigneuk ,Airdrie

 

Wednesday 13th November starting with Eyesign class any age and also Pied/Grizzle young bird handling class(Pied must have white on wing and on head area )

 

20th Nov OCH & YHP

27th Nov .OHH & YCP

4th Dec YHH & OCP

11th Dec,YCH,OHP

18th Dec All winners ,BIS ,BOS, Highest points winner

 

Club premises open from 6 15pm ,birds to be penned by 7.30pm

Prizes £5,£3,£2 per class,All winners four classes all handling . £1 nomination winners takes all .

Weekly raffle

BIS wins Bag of feed

BOS wins Bag of feed

Highest points winner wins a bag of feed and annual shield

50p per bird.

Racing pigeon show, all welcome.

Refreshment available , come along and enjoy a good night out .

Possible should have a darkness class , since its more popular to fly this system ,move with the times

 

Yes Tom I agree, although a lot of top judges presently accept darkness pigeons haven't finished the wing moult and take this into consideration.

Didn't know that Derek , is that on most judges remit .

Thought you may be up for criticism from the boo boys.

 

lol, different times Tom, if I fancied a pigeon it wouldn't bother me if it had a flight to throw and I know a few top fanciers that are the same.
