What I have at the moment I bought off the guy who sold me the tumblers it is a box type loft if you can call it that it has 8 boxes/perches plus another three inverted v shaped perches so I guess its good for 11 birds I had a 3 other racers but when I let them out they never came back (I think they were slightly too old)

I figure try that first and see how I get on.
