billt Posted June 21, 2012 Author Report Posted June 21, 2012 punished like every other club before them simples Exactly George, why do they pick on the club when it was the owner doing the fiddling
geordie1234 Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 The thing is fans always want a wealtht backer but is always going to end in disaster imo whats going to happen to man city when the shieks have had there fun? I think we will see a lot more fan owed clubs in the future
Guest bigda Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 A Football club has nothing to do with who owns it, it's the fans that make a club, the previous owner has been fiddling the books nothing Rangers FC, The club or the fans can do about that, so who do we punish, The club has no brain, the fans have no voice, the gutless SFA leave it up to a vote of the SPL teams to see if they should remain in the SPL, Most of those teams will never get a chance of putting one over Rangers FC so I wonder how the voting will go, It will be a very poor league without them, I'm English living in Wales so no axe to grind read that back to your self mate, now if every club in the spl adopts your idea where does it end they bought the club and where entitled to what ever they wanted, they choose the wrong road to go so they take the hit the fans move on and follow another new club and give the new owners there cash to run the football team. this is nothing to do with the fans as you say as they did no wrong only gave there money to dodgy dave and craig.

That,s the point, fans never move on, it's owners, managers and players that move on
geordie1234 Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 a club is like triggers brush 14 poles and ten heads but trigger is always brushing it lol
Guest bigda Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 That,s the point, fans never move on, it's owners, managers and players that move on but fans want to be owners, there club did wrong, there chairmen is the man they should chase out of town, but they wont. bain on 400k ayear for 38 weeks work still wanted to shaft them, 400k thats like over 10 grand a game he was getting and was still not enough eh
billt Posted June 21, 2012 Author Report Posted June 21, 2012 a club is like triggers brush 14 poles and ten heads but trigger is always brushing it lol Dead right mate, we've got one of those, a wedding present 50yrs. ago from g/g/grandmother

tiger Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 How is it a travesty, for me the travesty is the bitterness shown to Rangers from rival fans when they should be concetration in celebrating winning the league for the first time in three years.[the rangers have only them selfs two blame no one else , jmo
gulkie Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 That,s the point, fans never move on, it's owners, managers and players that move onthe most sensible comments spoken
Guest strapper Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 the club has to punished just like all other clubs,it has been heartbraking for the fans but the club has itself to blame for the state they are in.surely this was forseen over a year ago and not sorted then.trouble is the owners that run clubs into the ground have always somewhere else to go and have still got nice big bank accounts. for the fans sake lets hope it sorts itself out for the better.
clockman Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 CORRECT DECISION AS FAR AS I SEE , THE BOARD HAVE LISTENED TO THERE TEAMS SUPPORTERS , ONCE AN BAMPOT ALWAYS AN BAMPOT MON THE ARABS

What did they do to Gretna when they were liquidated, or Livingstone? Boom
geordie1234 Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 exactly henrik they want rules changes to suit themselves do the crime do the time boom lol
VMS Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 Consistency? What did they do to Gretna when they were liquidated, or Livingstone? BoomGretna went boom because no buyer could be found Livingston were only demoted one division.i am quite happy to be put into the first or the third division rangers are big enough that a tv deal won't matter but I don't know if the rest of the spl out with the old firm could say the same.think the issue hear is the sfa haven't got a clue what there going to do
VMS Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 exactly henrik they want rules changes to suit themselves do the crime do the time boom lolNo we don't we only want clarity as to what the sfa are proposing and they cannot provide this.if they could the whole of the Scottish game could move forward.they are the ones that are making it up as they go
Henrik Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 The bit that gets me is that Rangers are no-more but they still have a vote at the SPL meeting, how,s that happening?
geordie1234 Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 No we don't we only want clarity as to what the sfa are proposing and they cannot provide this.if they could the whole of the Scottish game could move forward.they are the ones that are making it up as they goThe problem with the SFA is the guys that are supposed to make decisions get other people or panels to make the dicisions so they cannot be blamed it is a bit of a joke to be honest
VMS Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 The bit that gets me is that Rangers are no-more but they still have a vote at the SPL meeting, how,s that happening?Because the spl needs rangers more than rangers need the spl.if the tv deal had another year left this would not happen rangers would be demoted .so basically rangers won't be demoted purely down to finance of the spl tv rights which is not rangers fault that the tv deal has expired .at the end of the day it might not be fair but the spl are caught between a rock and a hard place and rangers will retain spl membership with sanctions now these sanctions could be severe so what do yous want blood lol
VMS Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 The problem with the SFA is the guys that are supposed to make decisions get other people or panels to make the dicisions so they cannot be blamed it is a bit of a joke to be honestThe sfa system and procedures are flawed to the extreme you cannot blame rangers because the sfa have no structure to deal with such scenarios they have seen this happen to a few clubs over the last few years they should have made provision to deal with such scenarios which they failed to do
