well that was hard work looky to get the draw

Simply a game of two halves.

Both side rate amongst the worlds best. Both  - with another european side unbeaten in the World Cup play offs, and both playing for any new adjustments needed, and trial.

So yes it was a friendly. Yes wasn't meant to crack legs. and both did enough to save face. Rio obviously needs a slap to wake him up... may well be on his way out. Barry, well needed a wake up call and got it.

Still a few greats to come in, like Cole, Gerald etc. and Must say Owen will be trying hard. So he'll shine for both ManU for England.

Basically tonight we didn't in first have win enough let alone dominate the mid field. Meant also of course poor service to the strikers.

 

Like Scotland!.... where were you? Poor and often short passing. first touch useless. Where was that tanacious Midfield? Was a time when you knew the engine room would be buzzing if nothing else when Scotland took to the pitch.

Indeed they strove and tried to win everything non stop .... Didn't turn up tonight.
