If this is the case, then the legal point goes out the window, as said before, individuals have the right to request anonymity from the internet, but can not select an individual site, and be happy for their result to appear openly for all to view on another web site. It appears to me that someone has a personal issue with Basics and has spat their dummy out. If you allow this sort of behavior to continue, where will it end? what if this same *expletive removed* decides "I want my name in the BHW , but not the Racing Pigeon magazine" you may be setting a precedence that could come back to bite you in the ar$e, I do understand why you feel you have to do what you have decided, but I would keep an eye out to see if this numpty has their results published on any other site, and then challenge them on this. If this is down to one individual who has an issue with this site, then his actions are purely selfish, if I were in his club, he would be told where to go! IMHO

At the end of the day if it's published elsewhere that's not my problem, I was approached for it not to be put on here and I need to take that Seriously, and I do understand everyone's comments

that's right, just put up the results with his name blocked out, its his request,

Do you not have a loft number for this person, if so use that as it has been allotted to him and doesn't belong to him.
