Roland Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 Regardless whether one likes or dislike Hayes or Chisora, one thing for sure Derek went 12 painful rounds... Hayes ducked and dived and looked for the floor in his world shot last time... No two ways about that. Hayes a first class bully and coward - as he has proved again, but has a good degree of talent and ability. He didn't try to get close enough to hit Valeau when he won the title. Was alway lead to believe that a close fight belongs to the champion, HE HAS to win it! Hayes was a coward then too. Thought he had retire... knew of course he wouldn't, was ashamed of his last showing and now envious of anyone else getting a little lime light and money. Hayes did the same in his last two fights as Harrison did against Hayes. Should be banned from enetering the ring for 10 years... and not allowed to have anything to do with the sport in any capacity. Think he may get a 2 year bann but will work his money through another name I guess. Chisora did stand up and take some stick... so earnt his money. Hayes got his under false pretencies.
ALF Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 I THOUGHT CHISORA DONE WELL IN THE FIGHT GIVEN HIS LACK OF TOP CLASS EXPERIENCE BUT THE SO CALLED FIGHT AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE WAS ALL STAGED ROLLY IT HAD TO BE LOOKING AT THE VIDEOS OF IT........
Guest Tooshy Boy Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 YOUR RIGHT MATE THEY HAVE DONE IT ALL BEFORE.///
geordie1234 Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 Haye shouldn't have even been there but the retired idiot was there to drum up publicity for his comeback. chisora gave me better viewing than when haye fought wladmir klitchsko.
Ian McKay Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 Hey Rolly they are on TV and in every paper more than we can get with our problems might be something to think about :emoticon-0138-thinking: :emoticon-0138-thinking:
geordie1234 Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 doesny look like it was staged lol
Roland Posted February 19, 2012 Author Report Posted February 19, 2012 Whether staged or real, it is going way too far as far as I'm concerned. No such thing as 'Bad publicity' they say... but as a precedent I think it is shamefull. there was a time when respect and dignity was the decorum and ettiquette of the day. As much as I disliked Henry Cooper i take my hat off to him in this respect, he was a fitting ambassador to the sport, like so many others. Yes there was charactors... Terry Downes for instance was a tremedous witt with his quips etc. Rocky Marciano - what ever one may think of his abilty, more than made up for that with his gentlemanly manner and dignity. the drums could beat on too well in the night I guess. No I think it was a step to far... soon THERE WILL be worse 'Capers' than what the Wrestlers stage TO sale tickets.
just ask me Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 i just think there both trying to be like tyson and trying to frighten people and cause a bit of a stir up in the media still think warren is behind it all
