Thanks To Newmains Flying Club

Dear Members,

I would like to Thank You for the work and support given to William's sale of Pigeons on Sunday 29th January 2012 at Newmains Flying Club with such tremendous results. I was told so many of you offered to help. I must Thank the following people for that success Tom Kyle Jim Cuthbertson Jim O'Hara Ian Lindsay Andy Frame and a special Thank You to Alex Blyth who had such a workload of paperwork to do of William's pigeon stock to make sure that everyone had the right information on them before the sale. Thank You Alex, William would have been so pleased with that. Another Thank You to Fifer for keeping the profile on Pigeon Basics.

Before William's treatment started, he was so tired and in despair of how he would be able to look after the Loft and said he would have to give up the pigeons. I was so worried what this would do, with all that had to be done. When I told Tom and Cubby they made sure one of them was there each day looking after the pigeons and William had his daily chats with them on Loft and Club News. I just can't Thank them enough for that and by keeping the Loft going.

Sadly William (Soaper) passed away on 25th December 2011 being in the sport for 65 years he had his wish he never had to see them go
