anyone ever tryed feeding the new rabbit pellets with added prebiotics and probiotics made by burgess guarteed to make droppings like balls (so i told)

well billit when the droppings arent right the birds not right when you go out to the loft in the morning you should find a small tight pile of droppings were your bird has roosted probably topped with a couple of downs when you have this you know your birds are A1 your methods and feeding are spot on keep them like this and your future in this sport will be rosy,read and learn i thought the idea of this site was to help each other tips etc not make fun but iam sure you new that anyway thats my fetish.

I wouldn't give pigeons a feed recommended for animals as their digestive system differs, I have used Gem G10 pellets (specifically for pigeons)they contain Gemthepax - and they're cheaper than rabbit pellets

 

Also some of Bamfords corn contain pro-tec - a pre and probiotic

and i wouldnt feed a decent pigeon corn to rabbits ?? :emoticon-0136-giggle: good luck if it works for you , but its not for me. Burgess (capital B.)

I remember away back a fancier used to feed his birds on the dog meal,his birds were like chickens, (ok dont want any smart alec saying they should look like dogs :emoticon-0136-giggle: :emoticon-0136-giggle:)

thanks red hen ill actually look into that protec ill check it out in blackpool as would like to use a probiotic this year and i dont mean youghurt iam looking somthing handier so protec might suit my requirments expense not a problem to me as i dont keep to many a bag would probably last them long enough again many thanks for that.
