For the record, the convoy'er and controller were ready to liberate at 11.15am but the weather shut out again in the space of 15 mins and it was decided to wait until a better opportunity to liberate arose. What affect this Had or did Not have on returns i do Not know.

yes i know as to why john, it is frank thats is asking, and as the west side of the country was the first to show signs of clearing that is the side most of the birds choose to come home from.

north west fed went from hexham today at 10.00

i believe bigda with his comments saying they were flying around hexham after liberation but according to jim hannah he phoned a guy in hexham ron strong to verify bigda's comment only to be told they cleared the racepoint

a Friend of mine was at the race site, he said the birds split into 3 batches one went south the other 2 went on but within a min they returned above the transporter the third batch did not join that he seen then the batch moved but no way where they on there line of flight and i don't give to fecks what any one says and as far as i said clearing the site where did your 3 batch go, that i know you have no control over but thats the way my mate seen it and if they did or dident clear to great thats racing and frank away and take a flying ruck to your self, mobile phones are a great thing they can also video race lib.

yes dafty, that he is, a race controler, we have paid for 2 mobile phones with the lanarkshire, and it would be nice for the race lib to be videoed, and put on you tube as soon as the birds are libed, then we can all see, i am sorry no c sends you any info, but such as they wouldent, as i belive they wouldent show you a nest. as you couldent keep yer own water.

I heard Big Da and his wee mate who train the doos for the Coatbridge mob are to be presented with a trophy or a few jars for their traing endeavours .

 

Due to the Coatbridge guys who train with them filling most of the top fed positions last few weeks .
