Guest ENDFLIGHT Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 i heard about one in hayes middlesex
micko and jack Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 what do this scum get out of breaking into a loft if they seen the hurt they cause fanciers like yourselves YEARS AND YEARS of trying to build YOUR team kids like jack and your kids having a favourite bird stolen WHO ARE WE KIDDING THEY DONT GIVE A only one thing they understand 3x2 comes to mind
pjc Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 these breakins can't all be kids, a lot have got to be pre meditated and in a lot of cases know exactly which birds to go for! We all invite fanciers to our lofts, tell them all about our birds, whats what etc, makes you wonder if doing this is the right thing!
Tony C Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 The lofts targeted and the number of birds stolen says it must of been premeditated.
demolition man Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 Micky Parrish got done in essex a few weeks ago, i believe a lot of top birds went missing, scum bags
grizzal Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 I think someone said on the other site Ken hine?had some stolen not sure if its true

But yes Phil think you could have a point, Be careful who you have round your lofts? I know its sad but what else can you do?? It maybe not the person you have around your lofts, but who they tell?? Also every seller has to list there address in homing world now, so how many see those adds??
BLACK W F Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 another sign of the times but what happens when caught what do they get for breaking in /killing birds /stealing birds /next to nowt community service and banned from racing ect they might get a small prison sentence and a life time ban from their unions but these scum bags always have a back door and if you take the law into your own hands your the one who gets it some kind of justice that i have never turned away any one from my lofts but any visiters at night should always remember the easy part is getting in the hard part is getting back out no prisoners taken here and may be if all adopted that philosphy the scum would think twice 8) 8) 8) 8)
Guest strapper Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 I think someone said on the other site Ken hine?had some stolen not sure if its true yep your right..mr hines loft was raided and the lot taken ..very top birds im told too. surely now with all the break ins ,the top guys now must have some sort of security cams, dogs etc..a life times work gone over night. when i got rid of my birds ,some dont realise how hard it is to start back up and try to get back to a decent standard. i cant imagine how on earth some of these very top lofts cope...with generations of top pigeons gone. all i can say is this. anyone caught taking another mans birds should be hounded out of the sport ,never to return.

I used to do personal safety along with the police crime prevention officer and no matter what you have it is easy to get past if you know how. young kids to professional criminals can easily go on line and learn how to get past the best defences The police are sick and tired of catching these guys only to find they get community service or short sentences which also act as a learning process from their piers in prison to become better criminals :-/
Fair Play Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 It would seem that a lot of these break-ins are made to order as most of the birds will never see the light of day again, rings cut off and birds then become the "Unrung Cock Or Hen" hate to think that any self respecting fancier would buy these birds then again some unscrupulous people out there
pjc Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 when there are organised gangs stealing birds and equiptment to order from Blackpool etc lofts on open ground etc are easy targets!
joe61 Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 so are you all agreed could it be that he she or them are members of this site as the last person who had birds stolen he git them back when basics members put it on this site so that was a site member call them scum or what ever you like but the sport is rife with these people oh happy days
