sapper756 Posted June 10, 2011 Author Report Posted June 10, 2011 (edited) Just don't know how they can justify 100,000 they're not perfect or some of the people they employ Hearts appeal decision over discipline fineHearts have signaled their intention to appeal the £100,000 handed to them for poor discipline last season. Hearts have stated their intention to appeal the SFA's decision to fine the club £100,000 for poor discipline. The governing body had handed the Tynecastle side a fine of £60,000, with a further £40,000 suspended pending an improvement in their discipline next term. It is the seventh consecutive season that Hearts had been reprimanded for their disciplinary record, which has featured five red cards and 86 cautions this term. David Obua was sent off against Celtic, Ruben Palazuelos saw red against Hamilton and Dundee United, Marius Zaliukas was ordered off in the Edinburgh derby and Eggert Jonsson was dismissed against Rangers. Of the bookings, Ian Black was the worst offence. However, the club will appeal the decision on the grounds that they have shown significant improvement on previous campaign In 2009/10 and in 2008/09 there were nine red cards shown to Hearts players, but significantly less bookings, as the club was handed a record fine. That record has been equalled with today's reprimandhttp://files.stv.tv/img/articles/256508-hearts-appeal-decision-over-discipline-fine-410x230.jpg Edited June 10, 2011 by sapper756
