TO SAY JOCK MIC OR TAFF ARE NOT IN IT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GET RING NUMBER IN IN TIME BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH FAMILY OR CAR OR DOG OR KID OR WIFE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATER IS WRONG.SO RULE IS CHANGED AND WILL STAND.IAN YOU ARE THE BACK BONE ON HEAR AND PUT IN HOURS AND HOURS RUNNING SALE ECT ECT for that myself and i would say most of the members thank you. but to leave any of the members out of this after breeding and buying a yb through a problem getting ring number in WOULD BE TOTALLY WRONG

Maybe Gary instead of just puting up that you were changing the rules and adding some ridiculous return address people would have looked on this in a different light.It would have been much better to just contact Ian and I,m sure he would have made an exception in this case. As Bill y wants to remain in this breeder buyer then thats fine with me.

I could have missed putting my entry in yesterday simply because i'm not on as often just now and would have missed the reminder posted by Blaz, seeing as i spend every spare minute with my wee dug.

BUT IF i was disqualified for it, i would have accepted the decision because i like rules to be adhered to, especially where there is money involved, make no mistake apart from helping the wee lass Olivia Downie, my motivation is to try my best to win this and the money up for grabs.

 

However in the circumstances the Jamieson family find themselves in, they should be given at least a week to allow them to get over their sad loss. Not me or any fancier on this site would object to this exception being made.

 

IF there are others who have not put their ring numbers in and do not have a valid reason for their late entry then they should be out of the competition. JMO.

i don,t want to tell any member that their not in it for one reson or the other.

 

i do like the idea of giving the Jamison's a week. that way i can get 912 out and if it disappears with in the week i could phone john for another 1 .

 

with all that john and his brothers have had to go through in the last week or so. he still remembered to kindly drop of 2 nice yb,s for my son Scott for his 1st year racing as well as dropping off yb for breeder buyer he is a credit to the sport .

Right folks seeing everyone is having their say may I be allowed to have mine

 

NO one is being kept out of this competition for any unjust reason

 

I do not have my laptop at the moment and am keeping a list of ALL ring no's and will update ASAP

 

It was NEVER stated ring no's had to be on the open forum a lot have been sent to me by PM and will be included as soon as normal service is resumed

 

As for Mr Jamieson (Tiger) if I am correct he sent me info on what has happened and was given a curteous reply taking into account of the situation

 

He has not complained with the decision

 

I cannot understand Blazes reason for stirring this up it was clearly stated if there were problem please let me know which in this case was done and handled with the sensitivity required

 

Let's hope this does not escalate into a war of words as this would be bad news

SORRY NO LATE RING NUMBERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS THE DATE HAS BEEN ON BOTH SALES THREADS .SO COME ON GET THE RING NUMBERS IN.

 

the above was making it clear what the rules were and would be final, so should have been left as it was,and the only acceptance to them could have been dealt with no doubt by IAN according to their merit, such as the bereavement, and if they had been dealt with in this way would have went along without any hassle, now a new time has been given I think we will have to go by this as to change it again would just confuse all, so hopefully we can get this back on track,and underway, as said the rules were clear and any real problems could have been dealt with by Ian, without all the changes, the new ones are
