After leaving messages and e-mails, no-one returned my calls, so ended up going to carlisle after my work, by train to get them. Must have been a blip as they seem to be catering for the majority fairly well.

Sorry to hear that , I've used them for quite a while now and never had a problem with them , in fact i believe there one of the best couriers around
