just ask me Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 some great matches today hard to call Scotland as there at home italy cant play away from home Ireland to win by 10 points France by around 6
Guest grizzler Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 hope we play better than we did last week, which ime sure we will so a win for us english today, though it will be tough..wondering who will be the wooden spooners
Roland Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 Well Scotland deserved the win. Of course they did. Best game they have played this tournement of course. Looked a litle like the 'Hype' spilled and spurge at the start of the 6 Nations, by both the players and their manager.- -I bet he and they had kept their gobs shut and left the talking to their game lol. But still left lot to desire I fear. Their' determination and sticking to a game plan was - at last - evident and the fact it was a no lose game, they really shone against an Italian side that has improved and played with such grit and determination throughout. So all in all a win is a win, and they certainly went for it and got it. Well done lads.

Guest homestead Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 I thought it would be a close game but are being taught a lesson in rugby by a good Irish side

Roland Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 i an if the ref wisnae so biased we should have won agaist the english :scotland: :scotland: :scotland: Hey get back to the beer, your talking P*** Mind talking of refs.... Wished one with glasses had turned up for the Irish game lol. Slanted and bias etc. but whatever the best side on the day won comfortably enough. Can pick hairs and what not at any and all games. But in reality this bite on the bum' is just what the youngsters needed. Young and caparativly inexpierenced, especially at this standard, they learnt a valued lesson and with certainty will resolve and toughen their resolute and give them the steel fibre also needed to be, not only good, but a great side. Regardles of 'Home Prides' and wishful thinking England was the best, and most progressed side in the tournement by far. NO one can sensible argue with that statement. Likewise that the future looks good as they are getting a useful youthful side blended well together. Still need the 'Ole Salt' etc. too I agree, but Ireland certainly brought them down with a bump, and they will sorely see and feel the reality. Class is often not enough, and there is no substitute for expierence. Wales... Could have finished Top, Second or 4th, a strange tournement for sure.
