yeboah Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 there is a good race point for ya only 31 mile of water to cross and easy for the nat to get to instead of eastbourn no classing, wind assisted nae hawks till the hit the main land then straight in the shed from Ireland the race will we won on a 18oo - 1900 vel most times and every single flier get there true measure and coming in of the west there are few hills that they have to go around and should they have to it will be on the right side ofthere line of flight the reason they stoped Ireland was the train was better than the boat, but not now.Got Delaney on video stating they get birds murdered by peregrine coming in of the sea as they hit land then we get murdered from stranraer right up the solway estuary until they finally reach home just ask the stranraer boys what its like trying to train and race the coast along to carlisle mare chance a survival walking through larkhall wae a celtic strip on

Guest bigda Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 often hear the cream comes to the top, it now looks like we are now talking about buttermilk. in the east
Guest bigda Posted January 18, 2011 Report Posted January 18, 2011 here are some measurement from watervile Ireland annan 359mileecclefechan 362 langholm 374mileelphinstone 407 mile coldstream 418mile duns 421 mile coldingham 431 mile now you cant tell me they are not fair race measures
Guest bigda Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 where are the big brave east fliers now the stalwarts of the national never want to hear it mentioned again that cream comes to the top more like advantages come to the top, for the national men, who have won it from the south east coast more like. great doo men my a-rse. scared of a fair race from the west even when they are all getting overfly, think there is a very true statement been said that you only need one eyed jacks to win the national. if i was in the national i would be drumming up support for fair racingand if it did not suit the east i would them start a handicap race program to compensate fair conditions. as years ago they had no choice, as where to race from but thats not the case today, as birds can be taken to any part of the country. are there any that would bet there birds from the east i doubt that, all bums of F,there are nose bleeds at the thought of going as far as east as Ypres also. so when all is said and done i think is well known now where the good doo men come from and that must be from the west to have raced and given challenges, to all but are given no other race points and to prove who are the real national eliterace from ireland has nothing to do with favor its to do with the birds all have the same chance as measurements are all the same nothing in the way to all fanciers,
BLACK W F Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 What would be the distance from Southern Ireland to Aberdeen and would that not be worth a go.the north section dont stop at Aberdeen if the weather is right they should go as early as possable 4-30 up and away give the long flyers a chance
Guest bigda Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 the north section dont stop at Aberdeen if the weather is right they should go as early as possable 4-30 up and away give the long flyers a chance ah but if they do that, ye"ll win the national up there cant have that thats no fair on the southerners they need yous to have 2 daysjust to make sure they are garanteed a win
BLACK W F Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 ah but if they do that, ye"ll win the national up there cant have that thats no fair on the southerners they need yous to have 2 daysjust to make sure they are garanteed a winlooks like thats the way it is Danny nee equality
elanco Posted January 19, 2011 Report Posted January 19, 2011 well, you never heard the fanciers of yesteryear complaining they just got on with it, where ever the race was from, get rid of all they sprinters and get some of the old strain of pigeon back ( if you can still find them ),and you just never know !!
