i would remove the bowls and put a 3x3 inch block of wood in the corner of the box that way the hen can get up and out of the road of the cock he'll soon settle down, are they all yearling your trying to pair

put a brick in beside them just to let the hen get away from the cock then if he still pecks the head of her hit him with the brick :emoticon-0137-clapping: :emoticon-0137-clapping: :emoticon-0137-clapping::emoticon-0136-giggle: :emoticon-0136-giggle: :emoticon-0136-giggle: :emoticon-0136-giggle:

I'm presuming the cocks have got their own boxes, shut them up bar one and put the hen in the loft you want to pair him to, when he has called her into his box shut them up and so on to the next one, turn the bowls upside down to give the hens somewhere to get out of the way of aggresive cocks

You'll need half a house brick along with hat-scarf-gloves & flask and stool.

Place the half a brick in the nestbox so the hen can retreat to somewhere high where she wont get continually pecked. Wear the hat-scarf & gloves coz its going to be cold in the loft whilst your sitting in there making sure the cocks dont become over zealous
