I have been given a 35mm ploycarb roofing sheet that i am going to use for windows in my loft.

The sheet it used for roofing, in the middle of the sheet there is a reflective material to reflect the sun so to not make your conservatory to warm. I am thinking it maybe better fitted the wrong way round to let as much sun in as possible.

What do you think, has anyone any experience of the above?

I have a polycarbonate roof right along but like has been said you want some thin plywood shutters for the underside then you can control it  ;)
