I drink a pint of water and have a banana (or two if i can face it) before i hit the hay and have a banana for breaky too, always seems to work for me.

There is maybe one other thing you can try before Sapper kills himself laughing. 2 pkts of salt & vinegar crisps and a guzzle of coca cola or 3, bit late for bananas by the sound of it :D

Learnt many years ago that the best remedy - outside of not drinking before anyone spouts as such - is prevention. When really nissed etc. last thing and best thing is toast spread with thick mustard. Yep it goes down a treat. sobers you up pronto and no hang overs. True, it works.
