Guest CS Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 Have you bought any birds off HoneySuckleLofts...if yes so how did they do for you ?
frank-123 Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 i had ten two years never done anything as young birds i have one left that flew maidstone 350 miles last year this year i never raced old birds realy nice looking birds it was probably more my loft management than the jannsens that were at fault
andy Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 I BOUGHT 10 IN 1998, ANOTHER PAIR IN 99, THEY WERE GREAT FROM THE WORD GO, WON THE FED AS OLD BIRDS. THEY CROSSED WITH MY VAN WINKELS VERY WELL BUT EVEN BETTER WHEN CROSSED WITH THE S.V.R.
Chris Little Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 Funnily enough we bought 10 in 1998 as well , 2 of them won as youngbirds including winning our fed open young bird race. These two were red cheqs and nestmates. The fed topper went onto win a 1st club from 300miles as a yearling and he also scored in the SNFC Vire race in 2000.
swilcox Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 Derek Reis is a really genuine guy and he breds a nice pigeon, there a little out fashion now but i see no reason why they shouldnt be good honest pigeons and they are certainly good value for money. Stuart
Guest CS Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 Do anyone know what is HoneySuckleLofts's e-mail address please?
schouwman71 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 when they were ries & moore they bought all there best breeders from a.d.hunnisett sadly now passed away, they went to him for there stock and when they started winning with there birds old mr hunniset never got a mention, thats how genuin they are,Theres an old saying,,,give credit were credit is due,not so for mr hunniset.Mr alan hunniset had some of the very best janssens around and there were many birds that left his loft to be breeders of multiple fed winners, incuding national winners.Les
sapper756 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 BOUGHT A COCK FOR THE STOCKLOFT AT BLACKPOOL A FEW YEARS AGO, HE HAS CERTAINLY LEFT HIS MARK IN MY CURRENT TEAM.
schouwman71 Posted August 9, 2006 Report Posted August 9, 2006 There good pigeon no doubt,i once had a g.dtr off de boer and the web hen i think they were called and she bred me some really fast pigeons, ime not knocking there birds as they are good, and there not old fashioned as they still fly there heads off winning many 1st prizes.

Plus like people say they seem value for money especially when you look at what some people charge for young birds
