SITUATION WITH YOUNG BIRDS LOST

HOW HAVE MEMBERS GOT ON WITH THEIR YOUNG BIRDS THIS SEASON AND HOW BAD HAVE THEIR LOSSES BEEN [uNLESS THERE IS SOMEBODY THAT'S NOT LOST ANY ]

I MYSELF HAVE LOST 28 OUT 60.   22 LOST RACING AND 6 LOST TRAINING AND OFF THE LOFT AND 16 OF THESE WERE LOST AT SCOTCH CORNER

I haven't lost any yet,but there are 90 that haven't made it home yet from the start of training thru the 1st 4 races. Only 4 haven't returned from racing the rest are still on a long training toss I figure

Lost 5 off the top, before racing / training.

 

Raced 19; 2 home injured, one recovered, one put down.

 

Training  .. all home.

1st race  .. all home.

2nd race .. dropped 1

3rd race  .. dropped 1

4th race  .. dropped 7 (WITTON CASTLE 12th Aug)  1 came home 3rd Sep.

5th race  .. dropped 2  ... end of season.

 

I've 7 left.

Started with 13 on the darkness, lost 2 off the top 2 training and 3 racing. 5 left in the loft and 1 at the y/b National. Got 30 Natural y/bs which have just been trained for nxt year.

i thought this was a bad year for losses glad it was just the nine of us or are some fliers not wanting to say they lost many, not a criticism just an afterthought

started with 30 y/birds none lost in training up to 40 miles, droped 3 1st race 60 miles ,droped 3 2nd race 84miles, droped 13 3rd race whitton castle had 1 reported in morpeth and belive me im glad of it,i race in the same club and fed as bruno and i can say for both of us were glad of what we have got left not many but thats life.

started with 22, lost 2 off loft, none training, lost 9 out of 10 on first race had 4 races ended up with 4 yb's left so packed up for the season had 1 return yesterday (friday the 15th) after 5 weeks out ( the one that returned from the first race)had none reported dead or alive ???????????

I JUST BOUGHT ONE OF THOSE CAR NAVIGATION SYSTEMS GREAT, PITTY WE COULDN'T FIT OUR BIRDS WITH ONE LOL.

The last two years our ybs were coming well. Did not win much but seconds or third i dont know whats happened this season they are not doing as good, but we always get them all back. :'(

started with 38 lost one off loft 2 training stopped 3 cocks after the second race

and thats all i have left none reported . where do they go ???????

Started with 35, got 8 left after 8 races all seen 219 miles so quite pleased with what I have left. ;D

just didn't plan on losing so many. :'(

Started with 115 got 58 left. We have lost more this year than last 2 together. All youngsters wingstamped only 9 reported, 4 by non flyers. Hope next year is better.

THATS ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE AMMOUNT OF YOUNG BIRDS LOST YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD HAVE MORE REPORTED BACK BUT IT JUST DOES'NT SEEM TO BE THE CASE

I'VE JUST COME BACK FAE MA HOLS AND AFTER LOSING 2/3 OF MY YOUNGSTERS THIS YEAR I WAS EXPECTING A COUPLE TO BE REPORTED WHEN I CAME BACK BUT NOT 1 HAS BEEN REPORTED ::) ::) ??) ??)

IT'S NOT TO FIND MY WAY HOME  THAT'S EASY IT'S TO FIND PLACES AWAY FROM HOME, THE DOOS DON'T HAVE TO THEY GET TAKEN THEIR . AND THEY CANT FIND THEIR WAY HOME ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
