i cant wait for the racing season to start...it was a much better site then!

all i see now is hostilities and ppl leaving this site .

surely someone in charge can issue some kind of warning that anyone found to be inciting any harrasment on this site will atomatically banned from here. wether u r a mod or not.

i think this site is a decent one but can we pls make a pact between all on this site to end any hostilities forthwith?if there is a flyer who had done wotever ok dont chat to him or her and get on with chatting to others.surely we are all big enough to manage that?.....paul

An old hillbilly farmer had a wife who nagged him unmercifully. From  morning until night (and sometimes later), she was always complaining  about something. The only time he got any relief was when he was out plowing with his old mule. He tried to plow a lot, indeed every chance he got.

One day, when he was out plowing, his wife brought him lunch in the field. He drove the mule into the shade, sat down on a stump, and began to eat his lunch.

  Immediately, his wife began nagging him again. Complain, nag, nag; it just went on and on. All of a sudden, the old mule lashed out with both hind feet -- caught her smack in the back of the head. Killed her dead on the spot.  

At the funeral several days later, the minister noticed something rather odd. When a woman mourner would approach the old farmer, he would listen for a minute, then nod his head in agreement; but when a

male mourner approached him, he would listen for a minute, then shake his head in disagreement. This was so consistent, the minister decided to ask the old farmer about it. So after the funeral, the minister

spoke to the old farmer, and asked him why he nodded his head and agreed with all the women, but always shook his head and disagreed with the men.

  "Well’ The old farmer said, ‘ The women would come up and say something about how nice my wife looked, or how pretty her dress was, so I'd nod my head in agreement."

  "And what about the men?" the minister asked.  "They wanted to know if the mule was for sale."

Well chaps I wasn't expecting that. With all the nice messages I have received it has reminded me that there are some smashing people on this website.

So I will stay, aswell as the fact that no-one bothered removing me anyway (probably never swore enough to be removed) lol  ;D ;D.

 

However this forum really does need to sort itself out. I come on here to talk about my second favourite subject (pigeons), first favourite being women!!!! hehe.

With like minded people and share knowledge and experiences and just generally while away the long winter nights. It seems that every thread these days ends up in a swearing match or a complete witch hunt and it doesn't seem to take much for it to start.

 

I am not saying who is right or wrong or even taking sides as I have no idea what is going on most times, or even want to know.

But what I do get fed up with is that women and children come on here and some of the posts are down right offensive and that is why I wanted not to be associated with them, after all do you really want your wife or kids reading some of the things posted on here - I think not!!

 

If people have problems they should be aired in a private password protected area, or just ignore each other either way it should not spill out into the forum. Then maybe this forum can get back to being one of the best around, which quite frankly at the moment is seriously lagging behind some of the other more light hearted forums popping up on the net.

 

I do not mean to upset anyone, nor am I aiming this at anyone but come on lads I love my birds so now who wants to talk about them. (Which ever variety you want)

Welcome back Darran, it seems as if you've never been away. We need input from pigeon-minded members such as yourself.( Any advice about women wouldn't go amiss) Hopefully as we get into Racing Mode the Silly Season will be a thing of the past.

ben, no problem with an open forum at all and certainly couldn't give a monkies what you think. But what does wind me up is all the arguments degenerating into abusive language and threats which all the kids that come on here can see. Not to mention the ladies.

 

Obviously going by some of your posts you have put up in the past you have no problem with abusive language or bullying.
