i know there are many flyers who do not use farm beans , but locally here theres just about every 1 using them.

how many of u use beans and if not why not?....paul :)

i use them for all my birds from weaning through to racing

 

well you cant get better than 1st national ;)

USE A LOT OF BEANS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO FARMS LOCALLY WHERE WE CAN BUY THEM BUT WE DO GET THEN FAIRLY CHEAP FROM CARLUKE PIGEON CLUB, WHICH IS WHERE I GET ALL MY FOOD AND A LOT OF OTHER SUPPLEMENTS, THIS CLUB SUPPLIES A HUGE PART OF LOCAL FLIERS WITH ALL THEY NEED

i don't use farm beans but all our other corn comes from farm, ie mixed peas, widowhood corn etc. All from Court Farm Hereford a great setup who will mix anything you want at cheap price to match, which is great for all fanciers because the sport is getting increasingly more expensive every year.

I use 50% beans all year round just add differant mixtures to them depending on the time of year,bought some at the Walsall show last weekend £4.00 abag off a guy parked outside think he was from cotswold farms.

i get mine from court farm hereford as well,have done for a few years.most of my club members get it there too!.

but i do buy mixtures from there from someone who sells corn ,thats from there at the same price without travelling to the farm .

hiya dean m8 yea its dai perrots(corn).....im in abergavenny m8,not far from u...my dad,s from tredegar....ive been flying south east for a few years now...have u been flying south?....paul :)

yes we were flying south up to 2005 then the club changed south east because of bad losses and the running of the south road. I must apologise for invading this post..............

 

dont be silly dean m8 u havent invaded it lol...nice to know who is local to urself .

Makes me laugh when i tell them i feed farm food beans barley wheat etc. They say oh would not buy mine off a farm they must think there versa larga is grown in a shop they think it must be good as they pay £10 or so for 20kg dim wits. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
