hey pigeon man i'd like to have it but i suppose it depends on your clubmates what if nobody else wants it(or can't afford to have it)will your club then pay for the master system ,also i hear people with ets saying that they've had birds return late and somebody has taken off the ets ring(can these then be used by anyone)

In Scotland, and I only know about Unikon, the ETS ring has our SHU number on it.

This should stop anyone else using it ,as the people in charge of registering ETS rings in their club should be asking questions if the number is different.

Thunderbolt,If only one member buys a Bricon system the club eqipment comes free,Ronnie I would check out about your club not allowing it they could be breaking RPRA rules,if your clubs in the RPRA that is.

"WILLING TO USE IT"is the part they got me on i reckon :)

well it is a free country I suppose if you won't to race doos and time in electronically feel free if you won't to race your doos and time them in a traditional way join a club with officials that  don't feel comfortable using ETS. Simple everyone is a winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our club had a 'gentlemans agreement' that no one would buy/use it until 2008, a good idea I think, good for those who can't afford it anyway.

I will wait until next year 1) because there are still too many grey areas and 2) with so many ybs as im restarting from a new address the rings will set me back a bob or two.
