Guest TAMMY_1 Posted June 27, 2007 Report Posted June 27, 2007 RESULT FOR THIS RACE 1st Open was T McCabe Low Waters 1306.68 2nd was W Hamilton Burnbank 1304.68 3rd A Allison Lanark 1277.1 4th Lindsay & Henderson Newmains 1273.7 5th J Finnan Larkhall 1271.0 6th J Cullen Uddingston 1268.84 T MCcabe WON A TOTAL PRIZE FUND OF £902 , The Newmains FC Trophy and the R Russell photograph A Allison wins the S Anderson trophy G Macaloney & son wins the Rapold Trophy total money paid out was £9,612.19p entry was 1,970 birds The winner could not have been a better man as Tam has had it really tough lately, some of it healthwise and thats personal, another was a couple of weeks ago when Tam was coming back up from his loft in Hamilton and walking through the park close to home he was set upon by thugs who were wanting to rob him, no money so u know what happened, I speak to Tam every week and he has been very close to winning every week so well done Tam and to all the others

ALF Posted June 27, 2007 Report Posted June 27, 2007 WELL DONE TO MY CLUB MATE TAM McCABE ON WINNING THE BIGGEST RACE OF THE SEASON IN LANARKSHIRE FEDERATION.AS TAMMY SAID THE WEE MANS NOT HAD HIS TROUBLES TO SEEK THESE LAST FEW WEEKS AND HAS STILL BEEN NEAR THE TOP OF THE SHEET EVERY WEEK AND WINS POOL MONEY MOST WEEKS ASWELL BUT WHAT MAKES THIS PERFORMANCE ALL THE BETTER IS THE FACT THAT HE HAS HAD TO SPEND A DAY OR 2 IN HOSPITAL EVERY WEEK SINCE THE START OF THE SEASON AND LETS HOPE THIS RESULT HELPS HIM ON HIS ROAD TO RECOVERY...WELL DONE AGAIN TAM
