Yes indeed all the best to the brave fanciers and birds taking part in this race with the way weather looks it might be another toughy but hopefully they will be able to pick their way through the rain and the south wind should help as will the MNFC birds.

 

Maybe something to consider there for your Gold Medal race next year.

 

All the best lets hope the birds make it home safe and sound.

good luck to all who have entered ,,its a very long way no matter what the wind , round about the 630  mile mark to edinburgh, so will take a tough,fit  bird to keep going,, i hope you have a good race, i think its the snfc tours this sat , very difficult races ,,

yes alf i was wondering that myself , allthough the wind is in the south, its very light at this side of the country ,and theres been a few showers , it would be great to see a bird home on the day
