budgie Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 With the last real go for Glory this season i hope all the guys duplicating get a taste of timing in the Greastest Club in the Land The One and Only S.N.F.C. Weather reports tonight are 50/50 but lets hope things change for tomorrow as the Navigation Forecast from Mid-day Sat on to Monday 21st July is hazardous and suicide. If they do get a chance to go can the PB members living in the following ares update the thread with the weather and wind:-Falaise ,6.00am Channel Area ,7.30am Blandford 8.30am,Newbury10.00am,Coventry 12.00pm,Wakefield 14.00pm,Ingleton 16.00pm,Hexam 16.00pm and Harwick 18.00pm.It would also be usefull if the Solway area can keep the thread alive in pigeons being timed.Good luck to all and the remaining members left in The Lanarkshire Social Circle chasing and dreaming of winning the Coveted Gold Cup. :)

All the best Andrew and also to all that have sent. Gareth PS I hope most of the members have duplicated there pigeons between the fed and SNFC as it would be a tragedy if their pigeon tops the fed and not doesn't win the race with the SNFC.
rebel Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 alas some of us are not members of lanarkshire but maybe we can get some recognition also
rednyellow Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 great to see " the mighty lanarkshire fed" finally getting their act together and competing with the snfc from the final channel race, just hope you are not too disappointed if the first fed bird is not 1st section! snfc, ;) good luck to the members of midland fed and also s/lanarkshire fed. :)
budgie Posted July 18, 2008 Author Report Posted July 18, 2008 Held over due to constant rain over Britan. :(
alex wight Posted July 18, 2008 Report Posted July 18, 2008 Rebel why dont you advertise your club ect, and show the same passion as budgie. Its easy to do, lets be positive in our sport instead off knocking others. You wouldnt hear a Rangers fan big up Celtic would you (only an example). Good luck to you all.
budgie Posted July 19, 2008 Author Report Posted July 19, 2008 Another holdover could be Tuesday before we get a race. :(

budgie Posted July 20, 2008 Author Report Posted July 20, 2008 Lets hope the Pigeon Navigation Multi-Forecast is wrong as it is in the Black which represents dangerous times with significant loss of birds if raced at the Distance.Heavy showers are developing this afternoon in the Northeast and the wind is changing to almost Due North. :(
Whats it called Cumbernauld Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Yes Budgie, It was worse yesterday on the Black.See ALF still waiting on some young birds, think they may have been tossed yesterday. Good luck to all who race today Rab

celtic Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 Distance flyers have certainly had a hard time of it this season up here in Scotland.
