Just to keep the local boys and girls up to speed about our local residents, we are continually being hunted at the moment. For the past 4 days i have been woken out my bed by the distinctive screeching of young peregrines. This happens at about 6am, and to my horror, there is 2 young and 2 old. The young should have been away from the adults by now but for some reason they have just started to do their rounds. Today i let my birds out at 9.30, and lo and behold down they came, but as i keep my birds on the hungry side purely for getting them in, in a rush they all trapped without any losses. So before you let your team out, just be aware of these b******s.

Had my young team out at 9am, and low and behold, a hawk went through them, still got some sitting out refusing to come in, so will count them once all are in :-/
