DOVEScot Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 I have made some of these out of string from the feed sacks and small coins, dangle then above the birds etc and they do move on there own accord, round in a circle for hens and back and forward for a cock. They even work on the rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, dogs and humans but not 100% accurate on the pigeons but very close :-/ Anyone else use them and how accurate have you found them :-/

DOVEScot Posted October 24, 2008 Author Report Posted October 24, 2008 What if the coin etc does not move (on a live one) I am beginning to think they are infertile or gay. I have this with two cocks that are only interested in each other :-/
superstar Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 I use a needle on a piece of cotton. Easy to test it out for yourself, simply get someone to put a bird in a box and hold it above then see wether its right or wrong by looking what bird is in there. clockwise for a hen anticlock wise for a cock. Found it to be 90 odd% accurate. Was sceptical and did that test, got 12/12 right. gets sex of unborn human babies right too!

ChrisMaidment08 Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 They've been selling them in the pigeon papers, for years on end. lol. Isn't it funny that you dickheads have only just "cottoned" on to it. Very similar to the 6 inch nail "coat hangers". Some knobheads amongst us. What? could not agree more ;D

We find it goes backward and forward for a cock and rotates clockwise for a hen.
