Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 well im delighted to say ive got the first in which i was looking at ..... only last year i was new member in our club .... i done very well and won the novice last year with some fantastic results ...now i got the 1st today i was delighted with it and this little hen was so determined to get back before all in our club ...not sure of birdage but believed to be at least 500 .... great win .. the lad that was 2 nd was 1st club , 2 nd club , 1st fed , 2nd fed last week about 8000 birds in fed id say .... so that shows this was a great result ...i didnt beat him by much but a win is a win and i m delighted ... also id like to say i will be selling my complete stock team...arond 40 birds ... whole lot to go ...im bringing in new stock ... ive not tried this stock out as only got this years youngsters and 1 winner already out of 2 races .....ill have to get camera to get some pictures off these birds and get them on .. there will be a small reserve on all these birds ...ive paid very good money for all these birds that will be on here ...completely untried ...all to sell ...no hold backs at all for defo ,,,, im trying the youngsters now but all birds will be gone before i see whats producing the goods etc .... thanks mikey (dublin ) ireland

Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 thanks all ...... every stock bird i have will be for sale ... there will be a % going to a very good cause that people have used on here as im still speaking to admins on here reguards the cause ...id like to do the same ...also there will be a percent going to the pigoeon basic site aswell as i think this is a very good site and it needs the support off everyone aswell .... there will be all different strains and breeds on here for sale ...all will be sold ... there is roughly 36 stock birds , maybe slight more ....low reserve someone will get bargains for sure ...ive paid 300 - 500 for most these birds each ... ... there will be a low reserve on these birds ... if interested please bid .... i could do with help for sorting this auction as not sure how it will be done ...will take a while to get the pictures etc first so be patient ...mikey
Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 there will be an exact percent put up for both the www.markwrightproject.co.uk and same for pigeonbasics web before the sale .... this will be for a good cause ...ive lost on these birds big time but im clearing out as ive a change of ideas ...you will see the birds then you decide ... if you like you bid ...if not you dont bid .... good luck all ...this will be tough to sort out but it can be done with bit of help and advice ...mikey... please note that this is these birds first year to breed ...i won my first race today from 500 plus birds im to believe but as i said i dont know whats there as these are first young out iof these birds ...i will find out as much info as i can what auction s these weree bought etc as i went to a few believe me !!!!! the irish lads will probably been to some of the auctions to verify the money ive paid for these birds .... mikey

Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 helllo bandit mate ... yeah it was a super win ...i clocked at 10 : 25 :54 .... i was doing 1624.899 velocity bud ...she came v.well anfd trapped like a bullet mate ...i beat a great flier john aylmer ...he was 1st , 2nd club last week and was 1st fed , 2nd fed out off 8000 plus birds ive heard so makes the win dopuble great ...he one of my best mates aswell which triple s it up !!!! no john is super flier ...our club very hard ...birdage tells it mate ...ive 37 out of 38 ...losing 1 bud ...tough race for 79 miles bud ...took them 1 hour 25 mins 54 seconds bud !!!! n west wind !!! came up the coast in which does not suit me !!!! she won because she was spot on ...pooled all the way aswell bud ....mikey
Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 yes super question my friend .. i think it would be unfair with people that are purchasing birds that are already tried mate ... ...i aint trying to sell dirt here.... these are birds ive paid alot of money for ... i dont know how good they are etc ... im giving the fancier a chance here....i want people to see the birds and ill give all the info on each of the birds what i have and remember ...ive just decided id like to go with a different idea and i dont want to sell 3 or 5 birds ...id rather sell the lot mate ..this to me is more fairer in my eyes .hope this is a fair answer but any questions from anyone please fire away no problem .... these will be bargains ... i will get out as many as them peds as i can etc but ive paid big bucks for these for defo ...are they any good at breeding ???? i do not know that answer ...there will be very good breeders amongst these for sure .... which ones i could not tell you as i havent bred until this year as only got them so hope this answers te question mate ...any more please ask ...mikey ....(dublin )

Guest gladdo Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 no ive a different idea ... i went out and spent a fortune in this stock for defo ...i m not wanting to pull the wool over anyones eyes ...all this stock will be for sale now reguard s what young do well ... there will be good and bad birds but thats your decision ...all i know is i paid a fortune for them but that doesnt mean they are any good neither ...i honestly dont know /... its pot luck but there will be reasonable reserve in which will be same reguards if i paid 300 or 500 for etc..... cheers mikey ... all stock will be sold .... bargains defo to be got thats for sure .... mikey
