Guest bigda Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 could be the beginning of the end, to keeping racing pigeons
Dodgy Trapper Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 So whats the law on Having a loft or shed in your garden. Dont the RPRA help us in these matters (in England). What was the reason for the council gave?.
Guest grizzler Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 think this case proves that the uk is fast becoming a nanny state :(
vanreets Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 they also go on the size of your garden that baffles me as if you had a small garden you could have a smaller loft with less pigeons as if you had a bigger garden you could have a bigger loft with more pigeons :-/
Guest Freebird Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 Need a clever lawer I think or do a bit of research as there must be a way round this.
PIGEON_MAN Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 There is allways 2 sides to a story and I see the guy as been fined for a breach of planning and also for using a shed that as not been authorised for keeping pigeons, sorry but only his self to blame.
