cemetary Posted November 12, 2009 Report Posted November 12, 2009 When people come on the forum and put birds up for a price, if they dont meet the price, and look for offers, they should be sold to who ever offers some king of money for them, do you agree, if they dont stick to the offer, they shouldnt be allowed to sell birds on the forum again. JMO.

JMO. No I don't think they should have to accept any offer in the same way that you are not forced to make an offer. However I agree 100% that if the seller has made an agreement with you to accept the offer and they renage they should not be allowed to sell in future.... but how would you prove it if the seller denied it? I think that may prove to be a rule hard to enforce

I think that may prove to be a rule hard to enforce If a person puts birds on the forum for just say £200, he dosent get the asking price, he then says a resonable offer, so the guy puts up an offer of £100, and doesent get back, what has happened to the guys bid, and has the birds been sold, no answer from the seller. :-/
ch pied Posted November 12, 2009 Report Posted November 12, 2009 What , take's me to the fare , is when someone say's they are over stocked , have to cut down , health prob's & a number of other excuses , Then they are seen to be bringing bird's in from elseware . Why don't they just put them in the garden where they belong or in the pot .
Guest youngzimmy Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 SURELY THE SELLER WOULD HAVE TO CONFIRM IF HE WAS ACCEPTING YOUR REDUCED BID OR NOT
cemetary Posted November 13, 2009 Author Report Posted November 13, 2009 SURELY THE SELLER WOULD HAVE TO CONFIRM IF HE WAS ACCEPTING YOUR REDUCED BID OR NOT Yer right mate, but he didnt, so i dont no what the story is, its just that the person was on another site bidding on the same type of birds, :-/
