kelly tom Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 Stb I had the birds of Wilson in 1983, i bought 3 late breds and he gifted me 2 eggs which both hatched,i was lucky that the pied cock turned out to be such a good breeder but as i said i crossed him with a Robert Nisbet hen as i also bought 6 late breds of robert at the same time.Sometime they click sometmes they dont.
alec guinness Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 it just gets on my t-t- when a guy works his socks off maybe spends cleverly and sticks at it for years and when he starts to win its one of three things hes cheating giving them something or its where he flys the birds too any other sport hard work gives you the right to be at the top of your game not with pigeons iam afraid agree frank although with doos you never have a level playing field, this is where the problems start. :-/ :-/

Guest frank dooman Posted December 19, 2009 Report Posted December 19, 2009 agree frank although with doos you never have a level playing field, this is where the problems start. :-/ :-/ agree alec but thats what makes our sport so good if it was just a matter of buying good birds and go on to win then the big money men would have it all there own way so in a kind of way that is making it a bit more level wind/loft loc. etc some days it suits you some it dont as old frank said THATS LIFE!!!!!!!
