You just can't believe that a human being could cause such suffering to a defenceless bird.

It's heartbraking. I used to think about finding an allotment for my birds. But after several incidents of pigeon lofts being burnt down & slaughtered. I think the birds are safer in our back gardens.

the reason why it happens over here in the uk is the children or yobs as known by most people

get away with what evere they do what t totally out of order

Don, of course I don't mean it, it is something we Brits call irony. Our lives are so full of Human Rights and concern for the scum that carry out this sort of thing, that we forget the poor sods who have to take their rubbish. We are not expected to feel upset or sorry for the dumb animals and birds that are the ultimate victims. We are meant to look for the reasons that these poor tormented souls have found it neccessary to express themselves in this"unfortunate" way. You, Don, seem to have the concilation of knowing that when your offenders are sentenced they are sent away for a seriously long time. And your prisons are not glorified holiday camps as they are here. I heard the other day that there is concern now that the little darlings are taking delivery of mobile phones by the thousand. So it appears that they can carry on conducting their affair from inside. So those of us who are upset enough to report the actions of these clowns are now risking being victimised by remote control. Well I have got news for the Human Rights Activists, people are becoming fed up with them and their prodigies. Some of us could start to retaliate. What will they do then I wonder?
