HI i am email as i got someone to bid on birds for me as i could not get logged on my computer it was duncan mckay i still wish to purchase the birds but my house was severly flooded after i got him to bid for me and i had to pay money up front and it still has not come through i have been on phone to insurance company and they said it will be at maximum about 14 days till i recieve all money back is there anyway i can pay in a 2 weeks or less for these birds if not i will understand but it was unforseen and has left me totally skint had to pay out every penny and they are still sorting out my house i just dont want duncan getting in any kind of trouble when he was doing me a favour can you let me know if you can hang on till i get cheque throu and then i can pay no probs sorry for causing a delay

This was the email sent to Vallance refrence the birds i was going to purchase, so it wasnt anybodys fault, and certaineley not Duncans fault, so i think he needs some kind of an apology on this matter.

buying pigeons  is all they want to know,  its  another 2 weeks later down the line

can  you tell us who duncan mckay is and where he flys the doo,s andigee that might clear up a few points or maybe your loft no so that the  people dealing with it know they have a boifide offer i think that is the prob no one can contact him

Well I don't know. Have done loft visits to a three other fanciers where Duncan has called and also know of a least courier that took birds for, or via him. By all accounts he seems a good genuine bloke  :-/

He certainly has bought a lot of fanciers pigeons of this and other sites, and his good lady too  :-/

So seems to me something wrong somewhere eh!  :-/

if thats the case duncan just contact the ones dealing with the sales and give them the details of the buyer that you bid for iam sure that would sort things out i think it was the lack of contact and time was getting on maybe the y/bds would to too old to move

Well something should have been put up here at the time, and it would never have gotten to go this far, as for me as one of them slating you aff, i will put ma hand up and apologise on this matter.

Lack of information will tend to others coming to their own conclusions, so maybe if those involved posted their reasons, it would have prevented some of the negative comments :-/ JMO

Well all I can say is communication between Blaz and myself has been good and to my knowledge after several pms with him regarding payments of lots I was dealing with no communication was made until after 23rd.

Days end, time for parties to agree and get sorted bewtween them. Feel is is as far as it needsbe, or should be regards the 'Public' angle.

A straight forward question 'If you was selling a bird at an auction on here and duncan bided, would you feel scepital and pm  him not to  :-/' Most wouldn't, and his personal track record appears A1 on here. So 98% of sellers would welcome his bid I feel. JMO

I think there is a lesson to be learnt here, when members are bidding on behalf of others/non members, that if it falls through, it,s the member that is left to take the flack and explain :-/ JMO  Worth taking this into account in future folks
