Has anyone heard of using slimfast for pigeons,i am told its an excelent multivit.

Hi everyone,

 

 

I have heard of widowhood fanciers in our area using it with some success. they seem to put it on the birds feed on the morning of basketing. I don't know what the amounts they use however, but they say it gives the birds an energy boast. I haven't tried it myself so can't comment.

I would give them red bull, but they already have wings! Seriously though, If you put some MONSTER or ROCKSTAR over the feed and then cover it with SOME TYPE OF GARLIC, you will find better loft results from the race (it should be given the morning of shipping)

a mate of mine gives his birds lucozade on basket day, he gives them a full small bottle in the drinker mixed with a litre of water!

must say though, he's only won one race this year so far.!

Slimfast is very expensive and it doesny work for what is supposed to do .... I have the Milkk shake with my lunch lol

with the warm weather we had the back door open and a stray came into our kitchen and started eating kite-kat from the cats bowl, the cat wasn't bothered at all and just layed there watching it!

i know many years ago a fancier in my areas pigeons used to eat dog food, boy did they fly well, lead to believe at the time his birds flew out of there skins

ma uncle fed his doos on the left overs from his chipshop like fish ,blackpuddin and stuff like that and was always at the winners table
