            White clouds broken up and very high in the sky.  As I see it, apart from the wind, channel birds should get a good race depending what they hit of course on route but here right now it's looking good.

Stonehaven 08:30 almost 100% clod but still bright, freshening easterly breeze. It was virtually no cloud, no wind at 05:30.

Have just driven along the sea front here looking at France and can see the coast line clear enough but there is also that light summer haze in view.

Portsmouth  09.30, Portsmouth still looking good (the sun hasn't stopped shining since the Cup Final) wind fresh Easterly now with increasing cloud with sunny spells.

Unfortunately my birds wont be able to appreciate it being held at Messac.
