Here, west side of Falkirk, Central Scotland, 0900 time, low lying mist now clearing away quite quickly, low continuous cloud cover cleared and replaced by higher, broken cloud. No wind, and no sun - yet

Tell you what i'm at the highest point in Hamilton and if the sun does'nt get out quickly and start to burn this mist away i think we'll be struggling to get a race today as the visibility is'nt good at all just now :(

Edinburgh was fine just after 1pm, about 50/50 cloud and sunshine although very clammie.
