white delbars

HI all seen alot of white delbars in the duch pens at blackpool this year . do any one race them on this site. and some history about them . are they the old berlanges

I saw some in a pen sale in Lincolnshire from a Danish guy called Pieter ?? advertsisng the BWH

 

To be honest...I thought they were rubbish.....

 

I knwo of a few who race them...... not to any success..... I hear the Rapidos race well

Last year I looked at some at Blackpool on a dutch stand. I always look at the pdeigree first to see who is who. Twas a list of ring numbers. That was it for me, no thanx.

@I want to see race birds which are winning etc not birds bred just for colour. I like colour and am a fan but on race days the nicest coloured bird is your first one,

White delbars expletive remove???? Where do they get these colours had these for best part of 20 years and never saw a white one, unless crossed with Berlangee's.

i bought 4 from walsall show, 2 years ago, only one made it through first year, the other dropped 2nd race of last year!! pedigress were just ring numbers on, cost me £60 a pair aswell ;D

this is very true,, same as the old kirlpatricks were reds and red pieds,,now louella sells yellow kirkpatrics ,,, i think this is just selective breeding for selling purposes
