Drink cultured buttermilk myself, like a drinking yoghurt, as a probiotic.

Don't understand how it can affect the moult? It contains only one strain of lactic acid bacteria, is low in fat, high in calcium, potassium & vitamin B12.

Is it the cultured stuff you are using?

Can you tell me what the cultered buttermik u use is called ?

Bit like pigeon_man  ;D just called buttermilk, except with me it's Asda that does it, and when you read the blurb on the label, it tells you it's 'a culture'.
