stb wud u never treat  (as recommended by dweerd) with ornistop tabs 1 day b4 basketing as prevenitve if as u say u sure birds in basket got resp?

If you have a problem you should look at your ventilation first. Your mineral supplies second.  And your feed third.

2 years ago i was told to block bottom vent to stop drafts, in winter,  i had deep litter down and had problems with res,  i put vicks on the top of each box and the gunk that came  was out of this world,

opened  the vents after that,  :-/

nope would not treat as cure. if was not happy with birds would soon get them tested and sorted appropriatly.

you can catch  ornithosis any where but if they dont show sighns or a drop in performance i

would leave well alone.  Jmo but that has worked for me for over 30 yrs
