Can I first of all apologise for any inconvenience the recent issues with pop ups on the site, may have caused our members. 

However this issue has now been resolved

Maybe you need to look at your own settings,  as the issue appears to be solved for all Basics members,  hopefully you will get it resolved as it is very frustrating.
