We have two types of pools here. One is a 35 cents a bird Entry which is paid on a percentage raste for the 1st 6 places and a flyer can onlt win 3 of the 6 places even if he has the first 10 birds. Helps everyone get a prize. The 2nd type of pool is one that you can bet on an unlimited number of birds, from 10 cent ,25,50,100 doller and 5 dollar. Again the flyer can onlt win 3 place in each of the amounts on a 10 to 1 payout

I have had a few come into my oneloft races they do well I always wanted them in my white birds as I thought they would circle more :-)

We also use benzing. It has a club unit and the program we use can be set up to hold the whole combine which is 7 clubs each seperate. I have the Express which has spots for 6 pads to be hooked to the clock. I use them to cover 3 holes and have them inline so if more than one bird hits the pad it will clock the unclocked bird when they cross the 2nd pad. We have a flyer like that .so we put countermarkers on for him also ,but he also has chips that we use for results. He just like to see the markers on his floor I think, 8)

Was a Hawk

have a whole site of the loft near the bottom you can see the horozonal studs and the dividers hanging from the one above. the birds turn there tail over the front to go and 97% hit in the pans you see. what is on the perch can be cleaned with one long scrape a day from end to end. http://hometown.aol.com/chatrace2001/NewLoft.html

I use Sattinetts,they learn fast and can fly well and have some good color patterns. Bad news is the hawks like them also. Just had one caught thru the wire in the flypen yesterday.

I clean an 8x20 YB loft with 112 birds in less than 15 min with my poopless perches

If ya want older birds and fly the light system,nothing is normal,even if ya fly dark or widowhood it,'t not natural. I wouldn't run heaters if I didn't expect to gain something : :X

They are great if ya gonna breed early,keeps everything dry and frost free.

We get chips at the feed Mill, they come in a 30 pound bale, saw dust is to fine ,makes a mess and pirds can inhale it
