No it was diluted I think it was about 10% bleach 90% water it was a long time ago maybe one of the pouter men on here can tell you the percentage they use nowadays.

No all it will do is dye the birds feathers a nice yellow colour that will help to attract the Hawks, used to dye my pouter hens with bleech years ago to attract the cocks but it weakens the feathers and can burn the quills.
