I think it should work,oil can withstand temperatures up to about -52c I think.

Try steeping your padlock in oil for a hour or so,that should stop the inside from freezing.

If you mix it properly it's just a like an emulsion but stays white a lot longer.

You don't have to be a mathematcian to work it out,if food source population has decreased and predators population has increased. Answer = to many predators.

If you decide to paint your loft, buy a packet of loft floor white put it into a bucket and stir in some water making it into a paste give it a good stir then just brush it on, might need 2 or 3 coats job done.
