I asked them to pick up two birds for me, everything going fine I left £30 for them. I was charged £32.50 for two birds. The reason being they were two 2 Giant Runts weighing a total of 5kg, you are only allowed 1kg per bird, so it is not as simple as I thought pricing Amtrak £30 for up to four birds then £2.50 a bird after that, seems it is only a guideline And here they are :o

Thanks, yes I do care stronly about others. Regards concerns Some of us that do have concerns backed up by fact, as you would looking at the hypothetical for sale post being believable. Surely you would put the facts straight or question them to avoid someone being ripped off :-/

Organised Amtrak to pick up Two birds, left out £30, Amtrak charged £32.50 as birds are classed as 1kg each, I was charged for five birds as the two runts weighed 5kg in total :o

I think these guys would be operating well away from a police station or built up areas, more likely to be trying this in very isolated areas
